Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ads Launchpad services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ads Launchpad.

2. Service Packages and Limitations

Orbit (Lifetime) Membership

• Limited to first 10 members only
• Non-transferable membership
• Up to 50 ad creatives per month
• Unlimited revisions per creative
• Maximum 2 concurrent creative requests
• 1-2 business days turnaround time
• Credits do not roll over to next month
• Includes all source files

Supernova Package

• Unlimited ad creative requests per month
• Maximum 2 concurrent creative requests
• 1-2 business days turnaround time
• Unlimited revisions per creative
• Non-transferable membership

Launch Pad Package

• 10 ad creatives per month
• Maximum 1 concurrent creative request
• 1-2 business days turnaround time
• 2 revisions per creative
• Non-transferable membership

3. Creative Process and Delivery

All creative requests must be submitted through our official platform with:

• Clear project brief and requirements
• Necessary brand assets and guidelines
• Platform-specific requirements
• Target audience information

4. Rights and Ownership

Upon full payment:

• You receive full commercial usage rights to all deliverables
• Source files are provided as specified in your plan
• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio
• You maintain ownership of all original brand assets provided

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are due in advance. Lifetime memberships are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Unused credits do not roll over and cannot be refunded.

6. Revisions and Feedback

Revision requests must be clear and specific. Revisions changing the original scope may be treated as new requests. We reserve the right to limit revisions that fall outside the original project scope.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and service updates will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or excessive revision requests that impact our ability to serve other clients.
